We process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG). We collect only the data we actually need for the purpose in question, and we do not keep it longer than necessary.

When you use the contact form, we process the following details:

Your first name, surname, email address and the content of your message. In addition, we automatically record your IP address and your browser identification (user agent).

First name, surname, email address and message are needed in order to answer your enquiry. The IP address and browser identification are stored so that misuse of the form can be detected and prevented; this is our legitimate interest in keeping the service functional.

Your details are stored in our database and additionally forwarded by email to the address given above. They are not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not sell data.

We keep contact enquiries for as long as is necessary to deal with your matter and any follow-up questions. They are deleted thereafter, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

When this website is accessed, technical connection data arises at the hosting provider, as it does in the operation of any website. This data is not combined with other sources and serves solely to keep the service running securely.

This website sets only a technically necessary session cookie. It protects the form against cross-site request forgery and contains no information that would allow your behaviour to be traced across websites.

This website uses no web analytics, no tracking, no advertising networks and no embedded social media plugins. Fonts are not loaded from external servers either, so opening a page establishes no connection to any third-party provider.

Under the revDSG you have the right to information about the personal data we process, and to have it corrected or deleted. You may object to the processing and request the release of your data in a common format.
